I started using Joomla from 1.0.11 release. And I didn't meet any serious bugs since that version came out. Anyway, I like Joomla because it's backend is one of the most intuitive I ever saw. Customers like it very much and we do not have to spend a lot of time to train people. Thanks for your comment.

Especially if you are linking, there is no way of uploading through a graphical tool using browse, otherwise, Mambo/Joomla would be perfect.
